2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms regulate the purchase of products through sinpar.es. By placing an order, the customer declares they have read and accepted these conditions.

3. Purchase process
The customer selects the products, completes their details, and confirms the order through checkout. The order will be formalized once the payment is confirmed and the customer receives the confirmation by email.

4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes according to current regulations. Shipping costs (if any) are displayed before completing the purchase.

5. Payment methods
The payment methods available at checkout are accepted (card, Shop Pay, and others available in the payment gateway). The charge is made according to the method chosen by the customer.

6. Availability and order cancellation
Product availability is subject to stock. SIN·PAR may cancel an order due to lack of stock, obvious pricing errors, or reasonable indications of fraud, refunding the amount paid.
Cancellation conditions requested by the customer are regulated in the Shipping and Returns Policy.

7. Shipping, delivery, exchanges, and returns
Timeframes, costs, and procedures for exchanges, returns, and the right of withdrawal are detailed in the “Shipping and Returns” policy available on this website.

8. Warranty and claims
For incidents or defective products, the customer must contact hola@sinpar.es, providing the necessary information and photographs. The process will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the indications in the “Shipping and Returns” policy.

9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the applicable Spanish and European legislation on e-commerce. In case of conflict, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals determined by current regulations.
