SHIPPING COST

The cost is calculated based on the destination entered in the order form:

  • Spain (Peninsula) + Balearic Islands: Free Shipping and First size exchange for purchases over €80. For purchases under €80, a shipping fee of €6 will be charged.
  • European Union: The cost is calculated at the checkout.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and Rest of the World: Send an email to hola@sinpar.es to discuss the option that best suits your needs.
*Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands - 1 to 4 business days. European Union - 4 to 10 business days.
  • Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, and Rest of the World - To be determined.
*During special promotions, new launches, holidays, and Christmas, delivery dates may be extended, so we recommend planning purchases in advance.

What should you consider when making a return or exchange?

-The first step to making an exchange or return is to ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as we sent it. Therefore, we strongly recommend trying on the footwear with clean hands and on a soft surface to avoid staining or scratching the sole. Footwear that is stained or has dirty, scratched, or damaged soles will not be accepted for return or exchange as they will have to be removed from sale. It must also be returned in the same product box and with its corresponding courtesy bag. If not, the customer will be responsible for the collection of the package and for paying the return penalty.

-Then, request the Return Form via email. Attach it to our email at hola@sinpar.es and send it to us, indicating in the Subject whether it is an EXCHANGE or RETURN and the order number.

-Remember that the exchange or return must be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of your order. We are available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 (except local holidays in Barcelona).

-If you manage the Return or Exchange with the carrier of your choice, please note that we are not responsible if the merchandise is lost or damaged. Remember that if you send the package by your own means to our offices/warehouse, you are responsible for it until we receive it. Therefore, we always recommend purchasing insurance with your courier company and/or order tracking.

Until we receive the item in our office/warehouse, it is under your responsibility (remember that the item must be in the same condition as it was sent).

A refund will be issued once we have received and confirmed that the product is in its original condition (packaging (box and courtesy bag) and the original product in perfect condition).

*Important: Jewelry pieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

*Remember that if you want to exchange for a different model/color, or a second size exchange, you must process it as a return and NOT as an exchange.

*SIN·PAR reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the specified deadlines, or for items that are not in the same condition as they were sent.

*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL EXCHANGES: Remember that the size exchange will only be carried out if the product is in stock; otherwise, a return will be processed incurring the corresponding shipping costs.

RETURN:

How can I return a product?

Peninsula + Balearic Islands:

-If you wish to arrange a pickup, simply send us an email to hola@sinpar.es (through the Return Form that we will provide via email). Once we receive your package and confirm that the product is in good condition at our office/warehouse, we will proceed with the refund. The refund amount will be received within 2 to 7 business days after the refund is processed.

*Remember that €12 will be deducted from your refund for each returned package, corresponding to the round-trip transportation costs (€6 for each way).

*In the event that the customer has paid for the outbound shipment, only the return costs will be deducted, as mentioned earlier, valued at €6.

*If you requested a size exchange but decide not to keep the item, the 4 shipping costs that SIN·PAR had assumed will be deducted. This amounts to €24, which corresponds to two outbound and two return shipments (€24 plus the fees generated for processing, equivalent to 2.1% payment commissions + €0.30 website commission).

European Union, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, and Rest of the World:

To proceed with the return, you must contact us through our email hola@sinpar.es, where we will assist you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 (except non-working holidays in Barcelona).

Once we receive the package and confirm that the product has arrived in optimal condition at our office or warehouse, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. The refund amount will be received within 2 to 7 business days after the refund is processed. The return shipping costs charged will be the same as those paid for the outbound shipment.

*Make sure to pay all taxes and duties when returning the item. We can only process returns that arrive directly at our office or warehouse, without the need for additional customs procedures or extra payments on our part. It is advisable to always keep the tracking receipt as evidence of the return, as we may request it if necessary. In no case will we refund the shipping costs or customs fees.

SIZE EXCHANGE:

Peninsula + Balearic Islands:

The FIRST exchange in Peninsula or Balearic Islands for footwear purchases over €80 is Free. For orders outside Peninsula and Balearic Islands, you must request a Return and place a New Order.

Size exchanges are not free, therefore they are processed as a Return and New Purchase. A refund will be issued once the product return has arrived in its original condition.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HASN'T BEEN PICKED UP BY THE COURIER?

Yes, it is possible to cancel the order as long as it is notified within one hour after the shipment is made or before it is picked up by the courier. However, it should be noted that the expenses incurred for processing the order will be applied, which vary depending on the platform used:

  • On our platform with a credit card: these expenses correspond to ((2.1% Peninsula), (2.7% Europe), or (3.2% Rest of the world)) + €0.30 commission from the platform managing the website.
  • In other external cases, such as Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, the expenses may vary depending on the amount, so a screenshot of the discounted amount will be sent. In all cases, a screenshot of the amount will be provided before the discount is applied to confirm with the customer, regardless of the platform used, including our own platform, Shopify. This amount will be deducted from the total paid in all cases.

CAN I CANCEL AN ALREADY PICKED UP ORDER?

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been picked up. In this case, the customer must accept the delivery of the order and then request a return. However, a return penalty will be applied, which equals the round-trip shipping costs.

COMPLAINTS

To report any issues with an item, please contact us at hola@sinpar.es explaining your situation and attaching clear photographs showing the problem.

If we determine that the problem is a manufacturing defect, we will collect the item and send it for repair. If repair is not possible, it will be replaced with a new one if available. If it is not possible to repair or replace it with the same item, SIN·PAR will collect the item and refund the full amount.

However, if the issue is the result of misuse by the customer, SIN·PAR will not be responsible for collecting or taking care of the item, as it is considered a customer manipulation problem.

In the field of e-commerce, complaint forms are not provided. To file a complaint, the customer can download the official form through the website of the General Directorate of Consumer Affairs of their Autonomous Community.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

SIN·PAR acknowledges the customer's right to return the product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of physical receipt of the same. The customer can exercise their right of withdrawal by sending an email to hola@sinpar.es with the subject: "Product Return for Withdrawal", followed by the order number. Only return requests made through the indicated procedure will be considered valid.

3.1. The return will involve a full refund of the purchase, deducting the shipping costs and the website commission, which amounts to 2.1% + €0.30 per order. The refund will be made through the same payment method used to purchase the product. It is important to note that the direct costs of the return will be borne by the customer.

3.2. The customer must return the products subject to withdrawal without undue delay, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) business days from the date on which they notify their decision to withdraw from the contract to SIN·PAR. The corresponding refund will be made within fourteen (14) business days following the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract is communicated effectively and unequivocally, provided that SIN·PAR has previously received the product. Otherwise, the refund may be withheld until the product is received or the customer proves its return.

3.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to return the product in its original packaging along with the invoice. Before returning it, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed to prevent damage during transportation.

4. Jewelry items are not subject to the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned. These items are sent in an unsealed cotton bag.
