SHIPPING

  • Spain (Mainland + Balearic Islands):
    – Free shipping on orders over €80.
    – Orders under €80 → €6 shipping cost.
    – Delivery time: 1–4 business days.

  • European Union:
    Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
    Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days.

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra & Rest of the World:
    Contact us at hola@sinpar.es so we can offer the best available option.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You have 15 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with the original box and courtesy dust bag.

  • First size exchange is free for footwear orders over €80 within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

  • For EU + international orders, exchanges are processed as Return + New Order.

  • Returns handled by SIN·PAR have a cost of €12 (6 € outbound + 6 € return).

  • Jewelry items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 days)

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from the date you received your order.
The refund will be issued once the item has been inspected.
